Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment in real time

Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to update.

Possible Delivery Delays

While we ship within 24 hours, delivery may still be affected by:

  • Weather issues

  • Courier delays

  • Peak seasons

  • Customs inspections (international orders)

Selfus is not responsible for courier-related delays.

Accurate Shipping Information

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address is complete

  • The correct postal code is entered

  • Your phone number is valid for courier contact

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbours or building staff

  2. Verify the shipping address

  3. Contact the courier

  4. Then contact us with your order number

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive damaged or incomplete items:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

Changing or Cancelling Orders

Since we ship within 24 hours, cancellation or changes must be requested within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.
