At Selfus, your satisfaction is our priority. We work hard to provide high-quality products, and if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and accessories must be included.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-refundable charges

  • Shipping fees

  • Return postage (unless the item was damaged/defective)

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@selfus.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the product received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect, Selfus will cover the return shipping expense.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will then provide you with the return instructions and address.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company.

  3. If you still need assistance, email us at hello@selfus.co.uk.
